After winning our first client in Australia, a US-based company needed to quickly establish an Australian operating company.

Omnidian is a US-based company headquartered in Seattle (Washington). Omnidian has become a market leader in rooftop solar asset management services. Our residential and commercial portfolios have approximately 200,000 solar systems under management.
Omnidian began exploring international growth opportunities in 2022. The Australian market was identified as the best opportunity for Omnidian to take its unique model offshore.
